    Professional Land Clearing

From selective forestry mulching to full site prep and grading—we deliver clean, usable land the right way.

Land clearing built around your property

We clear overgrown lots, home sites, fence lines, trails, farm edges, and commercial ground across Eastern North Carolina. The first step is deciding what should stay, what should go, and what the land needs to support next. That keeps useful trees and buffers in place while making the working area accessible and manageable.

    What the service includes

    • Forestry mulching for brush, saplings, vines, and dense undergrowth with material left as ground cover.
    • Selective clearing that preserves marked trees, natural buffers, and useful shade where practical.
    • Full lot clearing, debris handling, stump work, driveway or building-pad preparation, and rough grading.
    • Drainage and erosion-control planning suited to the soil, slope, access, and intended use.

    Typical timeline

Small brush or access projects may take a day. An average lot often takes several working days, while larger acreage, heavy timber, stump removal, hauling, grading, or wet conditions can extend the schedule. We walk the boundary and discuss the desired finish before setting expectations. Permits or utility work can also affect the start date.

    What affects pricing

Acreage is only one part of the estimate. Brush density, tree diameter, terrain, wet areas, equipment access, stumps, buried debris, hauling distance, grading, and erosion-control needs all affect the work. Forestry mulching and cut-and-haul clearing have different labor and disposal requirements, so we match the method to the end use.

    Service areas

We work in Wake, Wilson, Wayne, Pitt, Craven, Johnston, Nash, Edgecombe, Lenoir, Greene, Beaufort, and other Eastern North Carolina counties. See our complete service areas.

    Questions local customers ask

How much does lot clearing cost?

It depends on acreage, vegetation, terrain, access, disposal, stump work, grading, and the finish you want. We look at the property before giving a firm scope and estimate.

Can you clear brush but leave the good trees?

Yes. We can mark trees to keep and selectively mulch or remove the surrounding growth, subject to safe machine access.

How long does it take to clear an acre?

There is no honest one-size answer. Light brush moves faster than mature timber, and wet ground, slopes, hauling, or stump removal add time.

    Do you haul everything away?

We can leave processed mulch on site or include hauling when the property needs a cleaner finish. We agree on the debris plan before starting.
